Our advisory unit has been involved in a number of projects in Nigeria, such as the proposed 700MWp and 220MWp Greenfield hydropower plants, Mini-grids for university teaching hospitals, due diligence for the operation, maintenance and management concession of 30MWp Gurara Hydropower plant 40MW Kashimbila Hydropower plant; a 1.3km toll bridge across River Benue, and resuscitation of 60,000 metric tonnes per annum steel rolling plant. Cumulatively, the company has assessed and appraised over 3,000MW of independent/integrated power projects in Nigeria, 750km of toll roads, a deep seaport, upgrade and expansion of a Brownfield port,  and establishment of a regional/coastal shipping line to provide regular feeder/liner services from Tema/Lome ports to Nigeria.

 

Our advisory unit has assisted clients at all stages of a project’s lifecycle (from inception through to business planning, due diligence and funding) by evaluating the economic and commercial viability of projects and their strategic fit with the investor’s organization. Okwong Udoh heads the business advisory unit and has more than ten years experience in assessing the economic and financial viability of projects and providing business investment advice to public and private sector clients across a number of industries.
